Every BK Handicrafts piece is born from patience, tradition, and devotion. The process, rooted in 700-year-old Kashmiri techniques, is treated as Ibadat — a form of worship — by our master artisans under the guidance of Padma Shri Haji Ghulam Rasool Khan.
Finest Changthangi goat Pashmina and premium Cashmere wool are hand-selected for purity, fineness (12–15 microns), and ethical sourcing.
Naqashand (designer) creates intricate patterns. These are coded into Talim — the traditional weaving script — that guides every weaver.
Artisans weave using Tilli (bobbins) for Kani or perform millions of needle stitches for Sozni. A single masterpiece can take 2–7 years.
Patchwork assembly (if required), fringe tying, washing, Azo-free dye verification, and final quality check ensure heirloom perfection.
